    About ICA

International Crisis Aid began in 2000 by delivering humanitarian aid to "no-go" regions of war-torn Southern Sudan. Since then, ICA's programs have expanded to include feeding, medical, orphanages, disaster relief, girls' schools, community development, and rescue from sex trafficking. As an established non-profit, ICA serves children and families in need from Cambodia, Ethiopia, Afghanistan, Pakistan, North Korea, Indonesia, and Sudan.

Fundraiser Benefitting ICA Haiti Projects receives reception at Barnes-Jewish Hospital

The artist Lloyd Kleine Harvey has created a series of note cards to benefit Haiti to sell at his exhibition "Stillness" at Barnes-Jewish Hospital. The note cards are based on Mr. Harvey's pen and ink drawings of trees, and each carries a quote from the book Stillness Speaks by contemporary spiritual teacher Eckhart Tolle, conveying messages of stillness and hope. A portion of the sale of these note cards will be donated to International Crisis Aid to support our relief efforts in Haiti.

A reception will be held at Barnes-Jewish Hospital, Arts + Healthcare Gallery in the Shoenberg Pavilion on Thursday, June 24th from 4 to 6 p.m. For more information, please contact Lloyd Kleine Harvey at be.at.peace@att.net, or Sarah Colby, BJH Arts and Healthcare Coordinator at sjc0705@bjc.org.
